Delivery within the UAE
Orders within the United Arab Emirates are dispatched and delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery may extend slightly in exceptional circumstances, including weather events or other situations beyond our control.
Once your order has been processed, our courier partner will be in touch directly to confirm your delivery window.
International delivery
Orders shipped outside the UAE are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days to most destinations. The exact timeframe varies according to the destination country and the courier's own clearance procedures, and may extend in certain markets.
A tracking number is shared as soon as the parcel leaves Mahra so you can follow it from Dubai to your doorstep.
Delivery attempts and contact
Once your order is processed, the courier will contact you regarding the delivery location and time window. A maximum of three (3) delivery attempts will be made.
If incorrect contact information is provided and the courier is unable to reach you after three attempts, the order will be cancelled. Any payment is then refunded after deducting delivery charges and any other costs already incurred during the delivery process (including customs duties and taxes).
Customs, duties and taxes
The customer is solely liable for all costs and expenses related to the shipment, which include but are not limited to:
- Octroi, customs duties or any other taxes, levies, or imposts relating to the shipment.
- Any costs or expenses incurred in returning the shipment to the shipper, including warehousing, storing or disposing of the items in any way whatsoever.
For destinations with strict import regulations on cosmetics, supplements or related goods, customers are advised to verify eligibility with their local customs or government office before placing an order. If a shipment is rejected by destination customs for any reason, the order is cancelled and payment refunded after deducting delivery charges.
Damaged or unexpected shipments
Damaged parcels must be reported on the same day of delivery, accompanied by photographs and / or a video of both the damaged item and the outer box so that an investigation may be opened.
Reports received later than the day of delivery cannot be taken into liability for damage. We recommend opening and inspecting every parcel as soon as it arrives at your door.
Cancellations before dispatch
A full refund is initiated when an order is cancelled before it has been processed for dispatch. Once the order has entered our processing queue, cancellations are still accepted but the refund will be issued after deducting delivery charges.
All refunded amounts are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
