Shipping & delivery
Domestic orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. The window may extend slightly in exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather.
International orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days. The exact timeframe depends on the destination country and the courier's own clearance procedures, and may extend in certain markets.
Yes. Once your order is processed, the courier company will reach out to confirm your delivery location and time window. A maximum of three (3) delivery attempts will be made.
If incorrect contact details are provided and the courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the order is cancelled. The payment is then refunded after deducting delivery charges and any other costs already incurred (including customs duties and taxes).
Returns & exchanges
Yes — provided the item is unopened, unused and the request is initiated within the return / exchange timeframe. Additional shipping charges apply to all returns and exchanges and are payable by the customer.
The replacement order is dispatched only after the original item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition and not opened.
No. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, or if the request is made after the return / exchange timeframe has elapsed.
Once we receive the returned item: domestic (UAE) returns or exchanges take 5 to 7 working days, and international returns or exchanges take 15 to 21 working days. Timeframes may extend depending on the destination and any situation beyond our control.
Cancellations & refunds
Yes. A full refund is initiated if you cancel the order before it has been processed for dispatch. If cancellation is requested after processing has begun, the refund will be issued after deducting delivery charges already incurred.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days from the date the return is approved or the cancellation is confirmed.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Any delivery or transit costs already incurred are deducted from the refunded amount, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Customs, duties & damages
The customer is solely liable for all costs and expenses related to the shipment, including but not limited to octroi, customs duties or any other taxes, levies or imposts, plus any costs incurred in returning the shipment to the shipper (such as warehousing or storage).
Damaged parcels must be reported on the same day of delivery, accompanied by photographs or a video of both the damaged item and the outer box. Reports made later than the day of delivery cannot be taken into liability for damage.
Customers are advised to check with their local customs or government office before purchasing controlled goods (dangerous goods, supplements or related items). If an order is rejected by destination customs for any reason, the order is cancelled and the payment refunded after deducting delivery charges.
